Preparing for Cross Country

Today Room 7 students went out for fitness. Before we ran two laps, we had to stretch. First we jogged and then we had to sprint. It was cold, muddy and wet so I got goosebumps. We were a bit scared to run around the field because it was really big. Room 10 was also there doing laps, but they did even more! As I ran in front of my friend, the wind blew through my ears. When we were finally done, everyone sat down, cooled down and had a drink of water. I felt refreshed but I was tired.
